Security

Security is of paramount importance at Turnaround Management Association Australia Limited ABN 96 107 241 798 (‘TMA Australia’). For this reason we have ensured our website codes all information that you send to us, with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL is superior technology used by leading e-commerce sites, and is congruent with almost all web browsers including Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape. For our customers, this simply means that SSL scrambles your credit card details in computer language so that computer hackers are unable to decode your highly sensitive information. The moment you enter our payment field until the time your order is stored on the secure server SLL protects you.

You will know you are entering a secure site by the display of a text message alerting you to this. You may chose to permanently disable this message, however a golden padlock will always be evident on the bottom toolbar of the screen illustrating that you are in a within secure area. Whilst we will never be complacent with security, you should immediately report any unauthorized use of your credit card and comply with the issuer’s reporting procedures and practices. According to the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of a fraudulent transaction.
