Mick Calder
Founder, Sunnymead Advisory
Mick’s measured and commercial approach has helped him manage some of Australian’s most successful and complex business turnarounds and transformations. He has over 25 years’ experience working with growth, transitioning and under-performing businesses and their financiers. As well as strategic advisory roles, he has held a number of hands-on leadership, operational and C-suite roles.
He was a Partner at KordaMentha and then PwC from 2008 – 2023, and is now the Founder of Sunnymead Advisory, an independent and specialist restructuring and turnaround firm.

Taline Chater
Partner, Mills Oakley
Taline Chater is a partner in the Mills Oakley National Restructuring and Insolvency team and is TMA NSW committee member. She brings over 20 years’ expertise in both informal and formal turnaround, debt restructuring and insolvency situations, advising various stakeholders including debtors and creditors in the mining and resources, retail, financial services, construction and property sectors. She is also experienced and known for achieving strategic settlements in complex corporate disputes and litigations.

Amanda Coneyworth
Partner, KPMG
Amanda Coneyworth is a partner in KPMG’s Turnaround & Restructuring team, bringing over 20 years of expertise in corporate turnaround, restructuring, and insolvency administrations. Her extensive experience spans complex corporate investigations, trade-ons, and business/asset sales. Amanda’s deep industry knowledge, particularly in real estate and construction, positions her as a trusted advisor. As an active member of the Property Council of Australia’s NSW Building Regulation Advisory committee and professional bodies, Amanda regularly contributes to industry thought leadership and professional courses.

Julia van Graas
Co-founder, Leaders on Demand
Julia is a co-founder of Leaders on Demand and head of the Leadership & Culture practice.
Bringing over 20 years of global experience as an interim executive, advisor and executive coach, Julia’s known for supporting ELTs in ‘special situations’, improving c-suite leader and team performance and creating the space to ignite courageous leadership that changes business outcomes.
Before founding Leaders on Demand, she was a Partner with EY’s Strategy & Transactions Team and a Director with AlixPartners in Europe during the GFC. She’s a Chartered Accountant, a certified organisational coach, and a certified facilitator of Dr Brené Brown’s courage-building program, Dare to Lead.

Jonathan Henry
Partner, McGrathNicol
Jonathan is a market leading corporate finance and restructuring advisor that has led many of Australia’s largest and most complex advisory and restructuring assignments. He is called upon by boards, lending syndicates and investment firms to navigate challenging business problems, through setting strategies and delivering outcomes.
Jonathan has broad industry and restructuring experience with particular focus on advising alternate capital providers on special situation and distressed credit opportunities.

Keith McGregor
Senior Managing Director, FTI Consulting
Keith McGregor is an experienced turnaround expert with a global network of clients and co-advisers built from more than two decades’ experience leading and delivering operational and financial restructurings in advisory, Board/corporate and banking roles.
Keith assists organisations and their stakeholders in developing and implementing value preservation and creation strategies, from initial stabilisation, strategic options analysis, operational improvement and refinancing/financial restructuring.
Keith’s client base primarily comprises private capital investors and corporates. He has also advised bondholders, senior lenders and various governmental stakeholders in cases in the US, EMEA and Asia.
