Join us for the upcoming TMA Education Day in Sydney, where we’ll take a practical look at one of the most important (and often most challenging) aspects of any turnaround: engaging effectively with stakeholders.

Through focusing on key stakeholder groups of Boards, Lenders and Management, we’ll explore how to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build trust during periods of uncertainty and change.

Led by experienced professionals from across the turnaround and restructuring landscape, the session will offer a mix of real-world insights, practical tips, and strategies you can apply in your own work.
