Anthony Brittain
Managing Director, Financial Advisory, PwC

Anthony is a Chartered Accountant and a Managing Director in PwC’s Financial Advisory practice. As the local lead for PwC’s Debt & Capital Advisory team, Anthony focuses on special situations financing and assisting predominantly sub investment grade borrowers in obtaining both debt and equity finance. He specialises in the coverage of non-bank lenders, including credit funds, pension funds and family offices.

Anthony’s transactional experience includes advising Fortescue Metals Group and Linc Energy on their maiden USD high yield bond and convertible bond respectively, as well as a number of significant corporate equity derivative transactions. More recently, Anthony has been engaged by National Group, Collection House, Cromwell Property Group, MacKellar Mining, Mantle Group, QIC, Evolution Group and others on a variety of capital management and financing transactions.

Prior to joining PwC, Anthony worked in Australia, Singapore and Japan for Credit Suisse, we he led a team advising ultra high net worth clients and corporate clients in the areas of corporate finance, loan structuring, derivatives and investment advisory.

Kevin Holzapfel
Partner, Financial Advisory

Kevin is a Chartered Accountant and a Partner in PwC’s Financial Advisory practice. Kevin is a TMA member who specialises in lead advisory with a focus on undertaking reviews in relation to business viability and sustainability to identify opportunities to improve business operations. He can help you to quickly identify problems, gain cooperation, develop viable solutions, and implement them with sensitivity and precision.

Kevin has extensive experience in financial capacity and business viability assessments focusing on the identification of financial risks, including developing strategies to mitigate these risks when working with various levels of Government, financial institutions and private corporations. He has over 20 years corporate advisory and restructuring experience including 5 years based in the United Kingdom.

Matthew Reynolds
Partner, M&A Thomson Geer

Matthew Reynolds is a Partner in Thomson Geer’s Corporate & M&A team.

Matthew’s key areas of focus are mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets, private equity and corporate advisory.  He has particular expertise advising clients in the energy and resources, technology, health, agriculture, construction, infrastructure, retail and manufacturing sectors.

His practice consists of a significant cross-border element particularly inbound investment in Australia from capital markets investors and business owners in the United States and Asia.
