Matthew specialises in assessing, protecting and extracting value, even in the most difficult circumstances.

Analena Gilholme
Head of Policy - Chamber of Commerce and Industry, WA

Analena is a public policy and regulatory professional with over fifteen years of experience developing and advising on economic policy and regulation. She has worked in the public and private sectors, and across a range of industries and policy issues, including telecommunications, regulatory reform, transport, skills and workforce, health and community services, agriculture and tourism.

Analena heads up the policy team at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA, where she leads the organisation’s work championing sound policy based on the principles of free enterprise. CCIWA has been the peak body representing businesses in WA for more than 125 years. We support and connect thousands of businesses with one vision in mind: for WA to be a world-leading place to live and do business.

Analena attended Monash University from 2000-2005, where she got her degree in Arts and Commerce (with honours in Economics), and the University of WA from 2014-2017 where she studied a Master of Business Administration.

Nicole Lockwood
Deputy Chair – Infrastructure WA

Nicole was appointed as Deputy Chairperson of Infrastructure WA in July 2019.

Nicole is passionate about the creation of engaged and thriving cities. With a background in law and regional economic development, she works with Government and the private sector to develop long-term infrastructure plans to secure the future prosperity and liveability of our cities and regions.

Nicole is the Chairperson of the Freight and Logistics Council which is charged with progressing issues of strategic importance to the State’s freight and logistics activities.

She also holds Board roles with the Green Building Council of Australia, the Western Australian Association for Mental Health and also chairs the Sienna Wood Joint Venture.

Gary McGrath
General Manager – Commercial Banking and Major Client Group CBA

Gary is the General Manager Commercial Banking and Major Clients Group at Commonwealth Bank, a role he has held for over 10 years. Gary oversees a team of 200 business bankers covering all major industries around WA. Gary has Board experience across Financial Services, Not for Profit and sporting organisations and is a Member of the AICD, has an MBA from Curtin University and is a Chartered Management Accountant. In his spare time Gary is a passionate cyclist and enjoys riding with mates, colleagues and even family around Perth’s many scenic cycling routes.
