The Covid-19 outbreak has given rise to a range of people related issues. This webinar featuring Jane Harvey (Ashurst) and Jennie Mansfield (Ashurst) and Yvonne Willich (Korda Mentha), and moderated by Alinta Kemeny (Ashurst Australia), will explore some of the key issues that employers are facing in this fast changing and dynamic environment including:

  • the availability of stand down directions;
  • the options for reducing payroll costs and employment related liabilities;
  • WHS considerations for the transition back to the workplace;
  • key considerations (including from a psychological perspective) in communicating with and managing workforces in uncertain times; and
  • workforce restructuring in light of a changed business environment including identifying the leadership skills which will be required in a post-Covid-19 world.

Yvonne Willich

She has a deep understanding of motivation, personality, leadership and human behaviour and uses this knowledge to increase self-awareness in others.

Yvonne is experienced in assessing organisational health and leadership capability. She will identify the leaders within an organisation who exert greatest positive influence and those who pose a risk. She will ascertain the cultural forces and leadership personnel needed for sustainable change.

Yvonne has improved the culture in workplaces where staff surveys indicated low confidence in leadership and poor morale. The human and financial improvements were evaluated by Melbourne University.
