How can true inclusiveness and diversity be achieved? No matter what level someone is in an organisation, they can contribute to establishing a high performance culture where individuals thrive.

At this breakfast event, we will challenge the assumptions made, the policies that have impact and those that are ‘lip service’ and discuss what holds some leaders back from ‘doing more’ about a situation. We will aim to create a respectful discussion where people can be curious and open about how an organisation can create the best environment for all employees.

Our panel includes Chief Diversity, Inclusion and Well-being Office of PwC Julie McKay and award-winning journalist Catherine Fox who is an author of several books including the best seller “Stop Fixing Women”.
