To help inspire and develop the next generation of professionals in the turnaround and corporate restructuring industry, the Victorian TMA Next-Gen Committee will be hosting a panel of speakers to discuss Original Thinking.

The panel will be guided through a number of thought provoking questions and be asked to provide their opinions and experiences on topics such as:

  • Recognising a good idea
  • Presenting an idea to the decision makers in the room
  • The timing of putting forward an idea
  • Environments that foster original thinking and respectful diversion from group think

In an industry that deals with distressed businesses, this session will provide an opportunity to enhance attendees skills on balancing new ideas against what is known to work, and not only presenting ideas internally, but selling change to stakeholders. The discussion is hoped to spark thought and confidence to speak ones ideas in a way that gives them the best chance to succeed.

Panel discussion followed by networking drinks and canapes.
