Businesses that have thrived, as opposed to survived during periods such as the GFC and COVID-19 often have something in common – resilient leadership.

TMA NextGen VIC is pleased to present a panel event with industry experts Nick Drake (Senior Director, Joint Head of Office Leasing, JLL), Sec Maljanek (GM – HR, Richmond Football Club) and Kevin Gunn (EGM Central Operations & Transformation, Coles) to discuss the importance of resilient leadership in times of uncertainty.

It has been over a year now since the COVID-19 pandemic shook the world. We are beginning to get use to our new normal, with greater uncertainty, increased remote working , and the potential for constant change. Join us for a breakfast event where we will hear from our diverse panellists about how industry have pivoted and worked through short to mid-term volatility and how they keep momentum going in the long run.
