Jacqui Murray

Partner and Investment Team Leader, Resource Capital Funds

Jacqui has more than 10 years’ experience at RCF as well as experience in Business Analysis and Improvement roles with BHP. Prior to this she worked in various Geotechnical Engineering roles in underground and open pit operations within BHP and WMC Resources.  Jacqui manages an RCF investment team and will provide valuable insights into the current investment landscape and the opportunities available to capital providers.

Simon Lawson

Managing Director, Gascoyne Resources

Simon was appointed Managing Director and CEO of Gascoyne Resources and is a professional geoscientist with more than 16 years’ operational experience spanning multiple commodities and jurisdictions.  Simon will share recent ‘on the ground’ experience in relation to the practical challenges currently facing miners in Western Australia.

Richard Tucker

Richard’s background as an M&A banker, coupled with nearly 10 years’ experience in restructuring and insolvency, allows him to adopt a holistic, transactional-focused approach to assessing options and deciding upon the best possible pathway to achieve the best outcome.  Richard has recent experience on some of Western Australia’s most high-profile resources engagements and will discuss the current challenges in a resources industry turnaround.
