Most successful turnarounds require a unique blend of technical expertise and stakeholder engagement. A turnaround leader must win and maintain the support and confidence of an array of stakeholders and keep key personnel focussed and dedicated to the goal of business improvement. Another key ingredient is technical expertise and know-how for without it, even the most well-intentioned turnaround plan cannot succeed.

Join our panel, including longstanding TMA members Keith Bailey and Simon Vertullo, as well as Louise Broekman of the Advisory Board Centre, to discuss the importance of identifying the right turnaround team and the art of stakeholder engagement.
