Our speakers will share insights into the current state of play in the Aged Care sector, both in the lead up to, and having regard to the Covid-19 crisis, and what Covid-19 means for the sector moving forward.

Panelists from KPMG’s Restructuring Services Team, and Allens Restructuring and Insolvency Team, provide their insights into the Voluntary Administration, and ultimate sale of the Berrington Aged Care facilities, including the financial, commercial and legal challenges associated with insolvency proceedings in Aged Care, highlighting the importance of acting early to secure a turnaround, outside of formal proceedings.
