Restructuring & Insolvency Landscape Update from the TMA Board

Join us for a special webinar to hear TMA Board members discuss their views on the restructuring and insolvency landscape. As recently announced, the TMA has established a diverse and expert team to work informally with Government and in particular with Federal Treasury on restructuring law reform initiatives, which includes sharing feedback from our members. 

There will be ample opportunity to ask questions and share your views on a range of topics such as:

• The extension of insolvent trading relief – is this a good or a bad thing for the economy?
• Should Australia reform its restructuring laws?
• Do we need an accelerated restructuring model, such as the reform brought in by the UK?
