Felicity Zimmermann
Chief Risk Officer, Keystart

Keystart is a private, dedicated home loan lender and initiative of the WA State Government. Felicity Zimmermann joined Keystart in 2021 following over 20 years’ experience working in financial services as a banker and lawyer. Prior to joining Keystart, Felicity held senior management roles at ANZ Banking Group in Perth and has worked as a finance lawyer in financial institutions and international law firms in London and Perth.

Alicia Kelly
General Manager, JWH Group

JWH is a family owned business and one of WA’s largest home builders with brands such as Plunkett Homes and Oswald.  Alicia Kelly is the Group’s joint General Manager and Company Secretary with responsibilities across all aspects of the business.  Alicia is a qualified Chartered Accountant having previously worked for KPMG.  She is also Chair of the Housing Industry Association’s WA Industrial Relations and Legal Committee.

Cath Hart
Former Executive Director of HIA and incoming CEO of REIWA

The Housing Industry Association (HIA) is the leading associated representing the housing sector.  Cath Hart has been regional director for WA at the Housing Industry Association (HIA) since November 2018 having worked in a variety of advocacy roles for many years.  Cath was recently appointed CEO of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) where she commences in May 2022.

Rob Brauer (Moderator)

Rob is the Vice Chair of the WA TMA Committee and has nearly 20 years experience as a restructuring and turnaround specialist working with directors, boards and lenders to assist businesses of all sizes in financial difficulty or distress. As a restructuring expert, he has undertaken some of McGrathNicol’s most complex restructuring or investigation assignments and provided independent business reviews on more than 100 businesses.
