The FEG Recovery Funding Program is pleased to invite you to a presentation on topical restructuring matters on Thursday, 20 February, 12pm (AEDT).
The Recovery Funding team will discuss the recovery funding program generally and matters that the FEG Recovery Program has recently funded, with a focus on illegal phoenix activity and safe harbour. The Active Creditor team will focus on corporate groups, agreements or transactions that avoid employee entitlements, and other matters on Active Creditor’s radar.
