Accomodation
Delegates are able to secure their reservations directly with the Crown Sydney via the following link or via phone with the Crown Sydney reservations department. Guests will need to quote “TMA Australia Conference and Gala Dinner” in order to reserve a room on the group rates and will require a valid credit card when making the booking to guarantee the reservation.

Payment policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at time of booking. This does not constitute payment. If you wish to arrange pre-payment of your room, it must be made a minimum of three business days prior to your stay. Villa bookings require full prepayment within 7 days of arrival with no refunds, changes or cancellations permitted. Reservations over special event periods will be charged in full at the point of reservation – deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rates are tax inclusive and subject to change. Selected enhancements are debited to your account on consumption. A surcharge of 1.2% will apply to all credit card payments. Special Event dates are 31 Dec 21.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled prior to 6pm on the day prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties of one night room and tax. Villa bookings require full prepayment within 7 days of arrival with no refunds, changes or cancellations permitted.
